    Customers must manually fill out complex forms and provide proof of delayed flights, which can be cumbersome and time-consuming.

  • Manual Labor
    The current process relies heavily on manual work, from verifying application materials to processing claims, leading to inefficiencies and errors.

  • Lack of Transparency
    Customers and internal teams face a lack of transparency throughout the process, which can cause frustration and distrust.

    The entire process, from claim submission to payout, takes 7-14 days, which is slow and impacts customer satisfaction.

    The manual and paper-based processes increase document storage and handling costs, further adding to the inefficiency.

We are excited to introduce our latest initiative in the Taiwan insurance market—a cutting-edge API-based blockchain application designed specifically for travel insurance.

 

This solution addresses the current challenges in the flight-delay insurance claims process by enabling automatic claim processing, significantly reducing the time from 7-14 days to just 7-24 hours.
